Job Description

The Food Service Worker / Dishwasher will be responsible for Cashiering, stocking, salad bar prep, setting up and working the coffee station and dishwashing. Food Service Worker / Dishwasher candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be focused on excellent customer service! Food Service Worker / Dishwasher Responsibilities:

Job Description

Follow the daily catering prep list created by Kitchen Manager & prepare/store foods in accordance with prep list assignments & safe food handling practices.
Perform a variety of off-site catering & culinary duties for events and concessions.
Utilize & maintain slicers, food processors, convection ovens, holding ovens, mixers, grills, tilt skillet, steamers, and other kitchen equipment.
Assist with the cooking of catering/banquet meals. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, cleaning grills, roasters, etc as required.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Follow company health/sanitation practices.
Assist with loading & unloading of catering vans for offsite events.
Perform other kitchen & event duties as assigned.
